Oh heyโฆ Iโm still kickin it! Itโs definitely been awhile. Life has been kicking my butt for sureโฆ let me tell you trying to maintain 5 different hobbies in 8 hours while also working fulltime is NOT it.
On the bright side, Iโll be switching up my schedule soon so Iโll actually have some daytime to get back into reading. I also bought a new camera which I havenโt used for any photos yet, but Iโm looking forward to it.
I hope everyone has been doing well and enjoying their summer. ๐ค

Hoping everyone had a lovely weekend. It was so nice having a 3-day weekend finally. I didnโt really get around to doing much reading, but I did get to finish up some shows I was watching and gaming!
I also FINALLY got around to cleaning my entire bookshelves which was so refreshing to finally do. I re-arranged my shelves, all my special editions are grouped in color now which is cool.

Whatโs one of your favorite reads? Vesselless by @cortneylwinn is one of mine.
I read this one back in 2024 and itโs safe to say obsessed is an understatement. I literally rant and rave about this book all the time and have recommended it to more people I can count. When I saw @moonlightbookbox was doing an edition on it I KNEW I needed it.
Seriously I devoured this book in like a sittingโฆ no regrets except for the fact that Iโm overdue for a reread. Ghostly romance and a badass FMCโฆ Highly recommend this one ๐ค

Obsessed is putting it nicely because MY BABIES ARE BACK YALL. Let me just say I ate the first book up and left no crumbs. If you want to read about hot pirates and sirens? This one is for you. Seriously I can go on and on about the tropes that just snag you into this world. Enemies to lovers? CHECK. Slow burn with spice? CHECK. Yearning? DOUBLE CHECK. Since Iโve re-entered my cowgirl era irl I figured itโs time I start reading about it too lol. Itโs felt surreal to be back in the saddle after so many years off, although itโs been very different learning to ride Western since Iโve only ridden English.
Hope everyone has been having a good start to their week. I started reading The Ballad of Falling Dragons and itโs so good!! ๐

I cannot thank @authoremiliajae enough for such a beautiful PR package. This edition is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous sprayed edges and the end papers? Iโm inlove.
This book totally pulled me out of a year long slump. Seriously, I was up until almost 2am kicking my feet. I knew only a few pages in that this was going to be a good one. I love Emiliaโs other series (The Forbidden Heir Trilogy) so loving this one was no surprise. HOWEVER, this book is everything Iโve been craving, between the pirates, the banter, sirens etc, not to mention hot captains (ifykyk).
Highly recommend giving this one a go if youโre looking for an Atlantis x Pirates of the Caribbean vibes, along with a badass FMC and a spicy fire daddy.
