I caught this squirrel 🐿️ inside my bird feeder during a heavy band of snow. ❄️ I’m not sure if the wind blew the top of the feeder open or if the squirrel opened it. He kept popping his head up every minute or so. I think he was waiting for the snowstorm to pass. The feeder became a little shelter from the wind. He was in there quite awhile as the snow squall intensified.

I don’t like it when a squirrel steals from my feeder. But, I guess a squirrel’s gotta do what a squirrel’s gotta do, right? 😉🙃🤷‍♀️😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

Bailey and Bella are rocking and celebrating Trick Tuesday around the Christmas tree, kissing under the mistletoe, jumping over gifts, sitting, singing, and going through hoops.

When my tabby cats aren’t playing and having fun, they take naps in their pawliday tent. I built this semi-sound structure with two folding chairs, two blankets, and some cardboard.

Trick Tuesday Fun 😸🧡🐾

Bailey tried the cup trick for the first time. We did several tries at it. I hid a treat under a cup and shuffled the cups. I waited to see if he could guess where the treat was. This video shows Bailey’s best attempt at the trick. I heard him faintly purring, so I know he had a fun time.

First thing today, after a fine breakfast, we were taken to the furrbulous British Museum! Its permanent collection of eight million works is the largest in the world! We were particularly interested in the Egyptian sculpture gallery, as the ancient Egyptiabs worshipped cats, so clearly they were clever!
We had a great time climbing on the statues and examining the mummies!

From there we went to the most famous park in London, Hyde Park! 350 acres of a Royal Park, it is divided by the Serpentine and the Long Water lakes.

Violet, Alvin, Hachiko, Beatrice, Bertha, Mari, Peekachoo, Yuki, Cashie, Mac, Matteo & angel Buddy took puddle boats across the waters of the Serpentine Lake!
Lulu, Tommy, Leo, Kimi, Jackson, Lexy, Tammy, Ruby Black & angel Tao took turns exercising their right to free speech in Speaker's Corner! Earlie, Daisy, Oreo, Dexsi, Ollie, Bowie, Ferdi, lvy, Koko, Luna, Mako, Zuko & Kai went to visit the the iconic Peter Pan statue!
Beau, Ziggy, Cecilio, Cleopatra & Artemis went to the playground to play!
And Ellie, Harley, Athena, Ariadnne, Lorenzo & I went to visit the Prince Albert Memorial, Queen Victoria's husband

We then went to Kensington Palace, next door to Hyde Park, homecto many Royals, notably the late Princess Diana.

Ellie, Harley, Athena, Ariadnne, Artemis Cecilio, Gleopatra, Beau & Ziggy decided to re-do the tableaus in the King's Gallery, and scare some visitors! Violet, Yuki, Lulu, Dexsi, Tammy, Ruby Black, Lexi, Lulu, Koko & Luna went jumping on the Queen state appartement to jump on the bed, as true queens would! And Mako, Zuko, Kai, Ollie, Bowie, Ferdi Ivy, Carlie & Jackson went for a rest in Queen Victoria's childhood bedroom
Kensington Palace!

Tommy, Leo, angel Tao, Matteo & Buddy went to receive visitors in the King's reception hall! Hachiko, Alvin, Kimi, Cashie, Mac, Lorenzo & I went to play hide & seek in Kensington Palace Gardens! And Beatrice, Bertha, Mari & Peekachoo went to bathe in the lake while Daisy & Oreo inspected the Kensington Palace Gardens grounds!

Excited to start our adventures, our Limousines first took us to Tower of London, officially His Majesty's Royal Palace & Fortress of the Tower of London, a historic citadel & castle on the north bank of the River Thames.
In the past, The Tower served as an armoury, a treasury, a menagerie, the home of the Royal Mint, a public record office, & the home of the Crown Jewels of England.
Today, it is operated by the Resident Governor of the Tower of London & Keeper of the Jewel House! Some of the pieces in the Jewel House were used regularly by Queen Elizabeth II!

Hudson, Rocky, Chewie, Isis & Nephthys decide to be the watching guard on the Tower wall! Stevie, Billy, Klopfer, Carlos, Paris & Orlando climbed up the Tower's chapel, while Taco took Milo & Levi for a tour of the chapel!
Merlin, Mahina, Nala & Diva climbed up
on one of the magnificent castle windows
while Bella, Bailey, Plin & Huey decided
to sit down for a frieadly chat!
Lorenzo, Gin, Taro & Bubi went to examine Edward's Crown of England, Sceptre
& Orb in the Jewel House, while Prima, Sylvester & I examined the king of England's crown!

From there, we travelled to the furrbulous Trafalgar Square! In it centre stands a statue Admiral Nelson to commemorate his victory of the battle of Trafalgar. He is surrounded by 4 iconic bronze lions, serving as his guardians, which, of course, we had to climb!
The square has twin fountains in which stand stunning sculptures of mermaids, tritons & dolphins we went to sit on!

We carried on to The Palace of Westminster, where both the House of Commons & the House of Lords, the legislative chambers of government sit, & the most famous symbol of London - Big Ben stands! Which we had to...climb!

By it stands Westminster Abbey, where many Royal events have taken place:
Queen Elizabeth II & husband Prince Philip married & marked their silver, gold, and diamond wedding anniversaries with services at the abbey, and Prince William married Catherine Middleton there too
The funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales & the state funeral of Elizabeth II were also held there
It was empty, & the gothic architecture lent itself to many shenanigans, as you can see!
