Quiet work. Visible results. by @woo215fit

Got a feelin like I’m…..
#philly #workout #fitnessmotivation by @woo215fit

Main focus today was unilateral strength, balance & explosiveness — building strength that carries over to athletic movement.

Movements shown:

Explosive split squat variation
Kickstand squats
Single-leg RDL to knee drive
Single-leg pogos

Not just trying to get stronger — trying to move better, be more explosive, and keep building that athletic base.

Save this for your next lower body day and let me know which exercise you’re adding 👇🏾

Never forget to have fun with it.

I’m still chasing everything I said I would, but I’m learning to enjoy the process while I’m getting there. That’s the part I never want to lose.

If I would’ve gotten everything I prayed for the first time I asked, I probably would’ve lost it by now.

Sometimes the delay isn’t punishment—it’s preparation. The process builds the discipline, character, and mindset to keep what you’re working for.

Train your body. Train your mind. Become the person who can handle the life you’re asking for.

Do these before every plyometric workout. ⚡️

The right warm-up wakes up your nervous system, improves stiffness in the right places, and helps you jump higher, move faster, and reduce injury risk. Don’t skip the prep—it’s part of the workout.

Save this for your next plyo day.

Power is about more than strength—it’s about how quickly you can apply it.

This session was built around reactive jumping, explosive force production, coordination, and lower-body stiffness to help improve speed, jumping ability, change of direction, and overall athletic performance.

You don’t have to be a football player or basketball player to benefit from this style of training. If your goal is to move better, feel more athletic, and become more explosive, plyometrics deserve a place in your program.

Consistency with the fundamentals will always outperform chasing complicated workouts.

Reactive training is one of the fastest ways to build strength that actually transfers to sports and everyday movement. ⚡️

Today’s lower body session focused on:
🏃🏾‍♂️ Reactive strength
💥 Single-leg power
🚀 Explosiveness
⚖️ Stability

Most people only train muscles. I train movement.

The goal isn’t just to lift heavier—it’s to move faster, absorb force better, and become more athletic in every direction.

Train like an athlete, perform like one.

Mobility isn’t just about stretching—it’s about owning every range of motion.

Today’s flow:
• Weighted Figure-4
• Weighted 90/90s
• Side Flexion with Elevated Foot

These drills help improve hip rotation, reduce glute tightness, build hip stability, and create stronger movement for sprinting, lifting, jumping, and changing direction.

The goal isn’t to be more flexible—it’s to move better.

💾 Save this routine for your next warm-up and send it to someone whose hips always feel tight.
