The next mix on our podcast series is recorded by our good friend Pierre Lange. A rather recent DJ but a relentless digger of sounds, Pierre fell in love with vinyl heavily influenced by the Paris underground scene - growing so obsessed he still can’t operate a CDJ to this day.Years spent on dancefloors and festival stages around the world shaped his sound, landing somewhere between the percussive Marie Montexier and the esoteric Vlada. He spent the last few months digging Discogs to put this one together. Meticulously selected, rhythm-driven - this particular mix is an endeavour into the dark side. Vvosk Records is a record shop, DJ studio and intimate event space in Warsaw’s Ursynów district - tucked into an old passage that gives it a character of its own.Founded by Kamil (Easy Audio) out of a passion for club music and DJ culture, Vvosk carries a carefully selected range of vinyl for collectors, DJs and anyone drawn to analogue sound. Beyond the shop, Vvosk hosts regular intimate sets and events with Polish and international artists - the kind of setting where you actually get close to the music. But mostly, it’s about people. Actual beds this year.We’re in our 30s. Tents are fun. But cabins are better.Every guest gets a secured bed in a shared cabin - 4 to 6 beds per cabin, with a small kitchenette (fridge, kettle) and a private bathroom. A private space and proper sleep.Spots are assigned on arrival, first come first served. Open call for visual artists.Fanfary isn’t just music. There’s an art area, and we want it filled with work from our community.We’re inviting Polish and European artists and collectives to submit experimental, hybrid projects for this year’s edition.THEME : “Transfer space”A place, a flow, a situation. The journey toward a memory or a feeling. The sharing of a vision that feels a little too real, or the testimony of a situation that feels far too unreal.WE’RE OPEN TOScreenings, exhibitions, live performance or a mix of them.4 projects selected - production costs covered.OPEN CALL : 30.06 - 31.07. Sticky Plastik started in the UK as a series of events back in 2018, and grew into a record label in 2022.They’ve built their reputation in intimate, distinctive spaces - Starlane Pizza Bar, Boat Live, Lion & Lamb, boat parties and private venues across London. Alongside the grassroots settings, they’ve curated showcases at iconic venues like Fabric, put on events in Bristol, and hosted stages at festivals. Their bookings have featured a range of respected artists - Silverlining, Mayell, KT, Loa Szala, Z@P, Lamalice, Vera, and many more.Most recently they’re taking their showcase from London to Berlin for the first time on 28.06.In September they will be represented by Marcelina Wick and PIR at Fanfary.Phase 2 tickets are live. Hex is an event series and podcast cycle built around underground tech-house, electro, progressive and atmospheric selections.Coming from Poznań, founded by Łukasz, who also ran K-Wax - once one of the few electronic music record stores in Poland, now closed.The name nods to witches - a stylistic link to the world of black magic, and a strong commitment to female presence on their lineups.Their reference points come from the East - Kyiv, Belarus, Georgia - woven together with the classic aesthetic of Berlin’s club scene.They’re bringing their sound to Fanfary in September, represented by Elvira and Brussi.Early birds are almost gone. Fanfary takes place in Masuria, at Bajka - a holiday resort tucked away by lake Drwęca in Ostróda.Cabins to sleep in, a canteen serving proper Polish food, a patch of forest, a lake for swimming. A campfire spot, sports pitches and grass under your feet.We’re lucky to call this place home for a weekend. Collective presentation #1 : @clubpizzamusic Most of us eat something before going out. Club Pizza made homemade pizza part of the tradition and built a collective around it. Since 2020 the Paris-based collective has been bringing that same energy to the dancefloor. Six members, different backgrounds, different approaches to the dancefloor, one shared obsession: underground electronic music between 90s and 2000s techno and house.Their events are built around a quality soundsystem, a pizza theme, and a genuine commitment to the Paris underground. Inviting international DJs for their Paris shows while keeping the local scene close.Most recently they are organising the infamous @sundayroastparties alongside @duty__free_ , driving the very much needed day party format in the French capital.They’re bringing four of their own to Ostróda in September: Amau, Barousse, Luje and Robin Petitjean. Vibes & Values 🌺Fanfary came from a simple need. A group of friends wanted a place to bring their people together around music they love. The wooboodoo crew made it happen.Wooboodoo is an international event series. Daytime, vinyl, house music. Started in Copenhagen in 2023 by two Polish friends living abroad, moving between Gdańsk, Warsaw, Paris and Copenhagen. Sound quality is a priority. No pretension.Fanfary is that same energy, concentrated. International selectors alongside the best of the local Polish and Belarusian scene. No dress code. No attitude. Pressure is for the artists, not the crowd. Days matter as much as nights. An extended family gathering… some of us just haven’t met yet.We’re 200 people on a lake. Last stretch of summer.
