as someone who still catches herself comparing, here’s your reminder: there’s so much more to being a girl than being skinny <3

Mongolia was genuinely one of the most amazing countries I’ve ever been to — the kindest people, insane nature, and definitely the coolest way I’ve ever traveled around a country😭

But I don’t want to only post the beautiful parts because I think we forget sometimes how much can be going on behind what we see on social media🫶🏼

my safe place🤠🌸✨

swipe to the end for the sweetest little face you've ever seen...🌼

I used to work at an animal sanctuary when I still lived in the US, and every single day I got to be there I felt 100% in the moment and so so happy. I truly loved & miss that job so much 🥹

This past year of traveling, i havent had many opportunities to work with animals as much so my soul was seriously craving this connection again😭😭

As soon as I got to Australia, I looked up an animal sanctuary near me, and this is what the past few weeks have looked like: lots of cuddles, getting to know all the farm residents, & so many insanely cute goats (proud new member of the goat team at @dru_animal_rescue 💅🏼😜)

I’m such an overthinker (like a lot of us are) about life, future plans, and everything in between… but whenever I spend time volunteering with animals or using more of my time & energy towards others, it takes the pressure off constantly focusing on my own path and goals. It reminds me that we shouldn’t alwaysss be the main character of our lives.

Honestly, the moments where im not focused on my life & plans are the moments where I feel like I’ve grown the most and really learned who I am and the kind of person I want to be 🤍

Pt.2 - your reminder that you can never have too many hobbies 😌⛰️🏂❤️‍🔥

and reminder #2 that you don’t have to be good at something for it to be worth doing :)

trying new things and being a beginner is scary, but some of my favorite memories have come from hobbies i was terrible at when i first started 🫡

it’s about getting outside, meeting amazing people, challenging yourself, and doing the things u love 🕺🌼

go collect hobbies <3
