Hi my wooly friends, it’s been quite some time since I’ve said hello and given an update on my WOOL-N-WARES wool business!

I know I’ve been relatively quiet on both my social media business pages (FB & IG) but I have been preoccupied for a time behind the scenes...dealing with my husband’s more recent health issues, yet I’m STILL working and have to work.

I really do appreciate the many customers (new and old) who’ve stopped in my Wool-N-Wares (eBay store)... yes, that’s right, I’m still on eBay and not on Etsy like just about everyone else. I’ve been a vendor on eBay for almost 20 years now, hard to believe! I keep saying one day I’ll jump over to Etsy, but hey... either way, I still have some of the BEST TEXTURES and COMBO COLLECTIONS around because I still carry a good amount of wool that is no longer being milled and very hard to find if you try to find it elsewhere! My hand-dyeing marathons have fallen off a bit dealing with hubby’s health demands, but I’m still holding out hope I’ll be able to rev up my dye pots after September when it’s much cooler.

I’ve been working on several new texture collections and have remade some old favorites where I still have more of the same wool fabrics available (again... much that is no longer around). Pulling the wool together and washing it up is the easy part, but the prep to photograph, the work to offload from my Nikon camera which takes better photos to my computer and then still “color adjust” all of them... and load everything to my eBay store is the WORK PART behind the scenes... TIME, lots of time.
