We absolutely LOVED performing at Bradfield Festival in Sheffield during last week’s heatwave 😍☀️🥵 - it was a real treat to bring such a meaty programme to such a wonderful welcoming audience!

We were DELIGHTED to be reviewed by @bachtrack for this concert - here are some snippets to Phil Parker’s review!

And with that, the 2025-26 season comes to a close! ❤️ We’ve had some tremendous adventures together this past academic year - collaborated and learnt from so many wonderful people, been to some fantastically beautiful places, and explored so much music that we love. What a joy. Thank you, friends! We’ll see you all - and each other - again in September!

Thanks so much to Zahra Benyounes and Emily Holland for a beautiful week as the festival’s Resident String Quartet for this year!! 🥰 It has been a privilege to learn from Emily, Zahra, Jessie Richardson and Adam Newman as well as witness the magic that you bring to the stage with your colleagues.

We felt so welcomed and looked after by everyone involved in the festival and it was a pleasure to end our week with a performance to such a lovely audience!!

Last Saturday’s concert at @wigmore_hall was such an incredible outpouring of love! Thank you so much to everyone who’s shown us support and enthusiasm these past few weeks - we love you guys and we’re SO grateful for you.

Our programme of Shostakovich, Debussy, @annahmeredith , and our own @astro_muso has been an incredible journey of growth, inspiration, laughter and tears, bringing us as the Woolf Quartet even closer together. ❤️ It’s been an incredible year so far as the @royalacademyofmusic / Wigmore Hall Learning and Participation Fellowship Ensemble, and being able to share and create and inspire at @wigmore_hall during this year has been so immensely formative for us as a quartet.

We’re so excited for what the future holds (stay tuned!), and we cannot wait to be back on the Wigmore Hall stage one day soon!
