One thing about leadership — you learn very quickly that not everyone will celebrate you when you’re building something real.
Sometimes people will question your character.
Sometimes they’ll misunderstand your decisions.
Sometimes they’ll create narratives that have nothing to do with the truth.
And you know what I’ve learned?
You can still smile.
Not because you’re unaware of what’s being said… but because you’re secure in the work you’re doing and the life you’re living.
Woo’s Wings wasn’t built on popularity. It was built on discipline, consistency, and a commitment to serving this community the right way. And when you build something that matters, criticism comes with the territory! by @wooswings
