Healthcare transforms lives together and we can make a lasting impact 🤲🚨

For our next match, Rahma Sports is taking on our friends @worcesterpalestinefc in a charity friendly game as part of our £25K Pledge.

Money raised from this fixture will support the construction of dedicated women & children’s wards for a new mega hospital being built in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. 🏥

Partnering with @globalrelieftrustuk & @kortofficial , these wards will ensure mothers and newborns receive critical emergency care, operations and vital treatment.

💷 Over £3,200 raised for charity!

📆 On Sunday 8th Feb we were hosted by ARCH in Redditch for a one off XI side charity game.

❤️ The game was organised in memory of our dear brother Waseem Ali

🏟 On the pitch the teams battled out an entertaining draw (4-4).

🏆 Sanctuary 5aside Cup Winners!

🤝 We collaborated with Worcester Allstars yesterday to win the inaugural Sanctuary 5aside Cup

💷 The tournament was organised to raise money for Mental Health UK

👏 Huge credit goes to all those involved in playing, organising and volunteering for such a great cause

⚽️ Amazing performances from all members of the squad...
1️⃣Miz Rahman leading the team from the front.
2️⃣Mahm Rahman rolled back the years & was truly the inspirational spearhead of the team.
3️⃣Sahil Ahmed Showcased his unbelievable talent & by many was the player of the tournament
(he did suffer a major injury and we wish him a speedy recovery!)
4️⃣Mohammed Ishaq showing why he's still one of the best goalscorers around!
5️⃣Owais Saleem seen as 'Ishaq's understudy' scored his customary goal, a cracking finish.
6️⃣Anees Tariq delivered a defensive masterclass and almost all attacks were started by him from the back.
7️⃣Faizan Hussain scoring the winning goal in the final 🔥
8️⃣Faisal Zaib unusual role as GK but did keep an all important clean sheet in the final!

2026 Cup of Champions Tournament - Runners Up

Faisal Zaib and @_fazzy36 Hussain's @worcesterpalestinefc team finished Runners-Up in 2026, in what was a memorable journey to their first Cup of Champions final.

After finishing third in a group which would include two eventual Semi-Finalists, their knockout journey was intense and passion packed. Much to the delight of spectators.

As expected, their loyal and passionate entourage made their presence known and their voices heard and the energised and charged atmosphere helped in their journey.

Once qualification was secured from a tight group, they would dispatch an excellent Sparkhill United team at the last-16, then Nuneaton's A-Team who were impressive throughout their own journey would fall at the QF stage - as both Leo Pinches and Morgan Harris played key roles.

Then came a brilliant Semi-Final win against a highly impressive Ghazi FC team. With tempers tethering on the edge and the stakes high, both teams would give their all. But two brilliant goals from Ibrahim Akhlaq would see Worcester through - with some amazing celebrations captured in the midst of that victory.

However, for all their brilliant Knockout games - Palestino were just too strong for Worcester in our showpiece final. An early goal, within seconds after the Kick Off, would unsettle Worcester and Palestino took complete control with some brilliant football and intensity of their own as they ran riot in a blistering display.

Their performance in the final didn't do justice to their overall journey, but that's largely credit to Palestino's quality and brilliance, rather than Worcester's performance.

A strong crowd would be impressed by an impeccable Palestino performance - a team which had just dispatched a superb Pastry House team in the semi final which preceded.

Despite a disappointing showing in the Final, Worcester's journey was a brilliant indicator of their personal development as a team - a team which laboured through the group stages, came alive at the knockout stages, to be undone by one of the best teams our tournament has seen. taken in Worcester, Worcestershire by @worcesterpalestinefc

Alhamdulillah,Project Completed💧🤲

The water pump built in memory of Rizwan’s late father, Naheem Khan, is now fully functional in Pakistan. 🇵🇰❤️

Alhamdulillah, everyone came together through our charity match to raise funds towards Rahma Sports Relief’s incredible £25,000 pledge, while also supporting this special Sadaqah Jariyah project in Naheem Khan’s memory. ⚽️🤝💧

A huge JazakAllahu Khairan to every player, donor and supporter who helped make both causes possible.

May Allah SWT shower His mercy upon Naheem Khan and accept this water pump as Sadaqah Jariyah on his behalf. Ameen. 🤲

RAHMA SPORTS RELIEF x AL-MATEEN FOUNDATION ⚽🤝❤️

On Sunday 27th September, something bigger than football took place.

What started as an introduction between Riz Khan (Arch), Daany (Al-Mateen Foundation) and Rayhan (Rahma Sports Relief) became the beginning of a new collaboration, united by one purpose — to serve others and make a lasting difference.

Al-Mateen Foundation supported Rahma Sports Relief towards their £25,000 pledge, with funds raised through this special charity match.

Following the recent passing of Riz’s beloved father, Naheem Khan, both organisations came together to dedicate the match to his memory. A water pump has been built as Sadaqah Jariyah in his honour.

The result on the pitch didn’t matter. The real victory was the impact we could make together.

Alhamdulillah, £900 was raised. 🤲❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who played, donated, shared and supported the cause.

Two organisations. One purpose. One impact.

Insha’Allah, with a couple of months remaining, Rahma Sports Relief can reach their £25,000 target.

May Allah accept every contribution and make the water pump a lasting source of Sadaqah Jariyah for Naheem Khan. 🤲

❌️ Lost the final on pens after a very tight encounter
👏 The lads played incredibly well after a tough group stage phase consisting of 8 games
