Just a girl in a red dress. And a day worth remembering. by @wordnquill
For the longest time, these poems were just scattered thoughts, hidden notes, and quiet observations kept safely out of sight. Today, they finally have a home. I am so incredibly proud, and honestly a little terrified, to announce that my poetry collection is officially out in the world. This book traces a journey that I hope feels familiar to many of you. It moves from the golden, unburdened days of childhood, through the heavy expectations the watching world places on our shoulders, and finally into the open sky of finding our own voice and claiming our own space. Thank you to everyone in this community who has read my words, encouraged my writing, and made this space feel so safe to share my art. The book is available now on Amazon, Flipkart and Notionpress. You can find the link in my bio. I cannot wait for these pages to find their way to your hands. đŸ€Ž . . . #wordnquill #poetrycollection #booklaunch #notionpress #bookrelease by @wordnquill
Not every tradition deserves to be inherited. Maybe it's time we stopped raising boys and girls differently, and started raising humans equally. #wordnquill #womensvoices #truth #equality #hypocrisy by @wordnquill
A woman is not incomplete until a man arrives. She is not an extension of her father or a possession of her husband. She is a whole person with her own identity, dreams, and purpose. Before every title the world gives me, I am simply me. . . . . #wordnquill #harshtruth #society #hypocrisy #acceptance by @wordnquill
This is my first life too. And I’m allowed to live it like it is. . . . . . . . #wordnquill #quietrebellion #firstchild #lifelessons #writersofinstagram by @wordnquill

Walls may hold the body tight, but cannot cage the inner light. ✹ There are moments when the rules we live by feel like a frame that’s grown too small for us. This piece, "The Locked Window," is for anyone currently finding the courage to step outside and finally claim their own name. Excerpt from my debut poetry collection, UNBOUND. Available now — link in bio to order your copy. . . . . #spilledink #poetrycollection #darkacademia #poetrygram #wordnquill by @wordnquill
One day, you’ll look at yourself and realize you didn’t magically heal,you simply chose not to give up on you.That choice changed everything.... . . . #healingjourney #selfabandonment #innergrowth #wordnquill #healingquotes #emotionalhealing #selfcompassion #gentlerecovery #youareenough #softreminders #wordnquill by @wordnquill
Healing isn’t a perfect process. You don’t wake up one day and suddenly feel whole again. But you do learn to stop taking your pain out on people who care about you. You learn to pause, to reflect, and to respond instead of reacting. You still have difficult days, you still struggle internally, but you’re no longer spilling that hurt on others. And that shift....even if small... is real progress. © Pooja Vispute | @wordnquill . . . . . #wordnquill #poojavispute #healingjourney #mentalhealthmatters #deepquotes #emotional #writingcommunity #writersofinstagram #selfgrowthjourney #healing #minimalwriting #quotestagram #aestheticwords #painquotes #growthmindset by @wordnquill
We don’t talk enough about how friendships change with time, and how beautiful it is to outgrow people without bitterness. Maturity is knowing that distance doesn’t erase gratitude. Some people are chapters, some are whole books. . . . #wordnquill #writersofinstagram #lifethoughts #friendshipquotes #growthmindset #maturityquotes #lifeobservations #deepthoughts #relatablequotes #aesthetic #writingcommunity #minimalwriting #quotestagram by @wordnquill
There’s a phase in life when you start apologizing for everything, for needing rest, for setting boundaries, for not replying instantly, for just
existing your way. But the truth is — you were never “too much.” You were just around people who made you shrink to fit their comfort. Silence isn’t weakness. It’s what happens when you stop begging to be understood. When you realize you don’t owe explanations for being soft, ambitious, or emotional. You don’t have to prove your worth through constant adjustment. You can be kind and firm. Quiet and strong. Gentle and unapologetic. Your peace is not arrogance, it’s healing. And sometimes, silence is the loudest “No” you’ll ever say. . . . . . . . #healingjourney #selfworth #boundaries #innerpeace #selfrespect #mentalhealthawareness #growthmindset #selfhealing #emotionalwellness #selfacceptance #innerstrength #overthinking #wordnquill #selflovejourney #highlysensitiveperson #selfawareness #healingvibes #deepthoughts #relatablecontent #personalgrowth #peacewithin #realtalk #mindfulgrowth #quietstrength by @wordnquill
Sometimes peace doesn’t look like closure or celebration. It’s quieter than that — mornings where you don’t wake up heavy, nights where your mind finally stops asking “why.” No dramatic endings, no applause, just the gentle realization that you’ve survived what once felt impossible. That’s enough. . . . . . . . . . #wordnquill #writingcommunity #writersofinstagram #deepthoughts #poetrycommunity #modernpoetry #lifequotes #emotionalwriting #relatablequotes #aestheticwriting #writersnetwork #poeticwords #wordart #reflectivewriting #calmquotes by @wordnquill
