No one just tosses it to the side when they’re done!! It must be relived through my fingers for “but a moment”… the book must *know* I enjoyed it, though it does not have feelings. ;)

Guys, I finished this book in one week. Yes, it’s a gentle read. But, focusing on myself without the comparison, I’m so happy with myself! I can’t remember the last time I stuck with it and successfully did that 🎉 (my new ADHD meds are probably working… 🤪)

@debbiemacomber had such a relatable style of writing, very down to earth. love her story development, and how it’s so easy to keep track of the characters despite there being four different viewpoints! love love love.

There’s a family whose tradition was to pick crab apples every year and bake a pie with them after. They still go scavenging for them to this day… How cute!!! #inktober Day 1: Apple. Do you have any traditions with your family?

We see a lot online of picture perfect households. While that is certainly inspiring, it can sometimes make your own home feel all too consuming. But, a house that gets messy sometimes is a house that is used and lived in.

Since stopping my secular job, I’ve seen how all of my hours can be spent cleaning and tidying (with two dogs and being on the top floor with lots of sun… dust builds up quick). But, I don’t want to live to clean. I want to live. So, I do what I can everyday. But, I try not to get overly caught up with having a magazine styled house. I’m still a work in progress… Maybe that’s why I’m sharing this.

These bookmarks have been so fun, but I ran out of ink and didn’t have backup! It’s supposed to arrive today.

I love the feeling you get when you notice personal growth… like a stamp of achievement inside once you’ve pushed through something that required a good amount of effort.

This purchase of 100 bookmarks was the largest order I have received! I appreciated the challenge. I can’t explain the joy of holding the end product in my hands, knowing it’s going to so many different people!

Believe it or not, I’ve heard people who have good vision say they wished they COULD wear glasses. It’s time we get over ourselves and do what we gotta do to see the blackboard. What really is the thought process behind glasses being uncool?

Okay, yes it’s annoying to lay down with glasses, and hug someone with glasses, and wash one’s face with glasses, and see through them when they get dirty (which takes under 2 milliseconds) BUT. that is for the WEARER to comment on. Not the observer to criticize. 🤓
