Dillon Griffin, co-owner of @ndgluncheonette and Honey Martin, has watched hospitality hiring unfold over 14 years.

He's seen restaurant owners flooded with CVs from applicants who don't even live in the country, or DMs on Instagram from customers, not potential staff.

So he started Waldo (@work.with.waldo), a Montreal-made app built to help with hospitality hiring.

Parfois, il s’agit simplement de donner aux gens ce qu’ils veulent. Un endroit accueillant, convivial et décontracté. Un excellent café. Un délicieux petit quelque chose à manger.
