Sometimes I really wish I could just say:

“That’s not my fucking problem.”

And leave it at that.

But apparently I was raised with manners, so instead I take a breath, stay polite and try to respond like a functioning adult. 😂

My 3-step process:

1. Think:
“This has absolutely nothing to do with me.”

2. Feel:
“This is definitely not my fucking problem.”

3. Say out loud:
“Okay, I understand. Let’s see what we can do.”

Because apparently, keeping the peace is part of my personality. 🫠

And honestly, learning that you don’t have to carry every problem, every responsibility or every emotion that gets thrown your way is a whole different level of growth.

Sometimes you can care without taking responsibility.
You can listen without fixing it.
You can be kind without making it your problem.#corporate #office #motivation #motivationalquotes by @workd1ary

No matter what happens, I show up. ✨
Bad day? I’m still coming to work.
No sleep? Still showing up.
Life being chaotic? I’ll deal with it after my shift.

Because somehow, the emails still need to be answered, the meetings still happen, and the work still gets done. 😂

Not because everything is always perfect, but because I’ve learned that consistency will take you places motivation never could.#corporate #office by @workd1ary
