Routines = calm & confident kids, and sanity for parents. You need just a day to enforce it. Paste it somewhere visible as routines works well from Age 2+.

It’s another movie night for us but let’s throw it back to last week. If you haven’t, you definitely need to add it to your family movie night list.

Questions to ask your children after the movie to spark a conversation:

✅ What did you think about Ishaan at the beginning of the movie?

Decided to try something new for fun, and somehow, I ended up spending my Saturday planting herbs, enjoying a 3-course brunch and trying herb shots. 🤭🌿😂

A whole experience built around nature, good food and good company!

As a mum, it’s so easy to get caught up in work, parenting, responsibilities and the endless to-do list. Before you know it, you’ve spent weeks pouring into everyone else and barely doing anything just for yourself.

So, I’m learning to make more room for experiences that remind me that I’m a woman with interests, curiosity and a life to enjoy outside my everyday responsibilities. ❤️

And today, herb gardening made the list! 🌱😂

September was one for the books!
Extremely busy and humbling 👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾

@ibkdata gave me the prettiest goddaughter and I was there to witness it under short notice 😃 As I was checking up on mother and child, I was also taking meetings on my laptop. What a day it was but we thank God 🥰🥰🥰

One of the things I get to do for work is show up for our learning and alumni community at @alxnigeria and this is one for the books because we had two alumni who met as learners at the hub and got married. I shared a bit more about this on my LinkedIn.

One thing I can’t do without as mum or person is help! Get yourself a house manager and thank me later.

Ps: I still do 90% of the cooking in my home just because I love it. The only difference is that I am not cooking from scratch and I don’t do the meal prep myself. I just enter kitchen and cook.

I enjoy this part of my job 😄

We had the lunch here. @lachaumiere.lagos is a pretty restaurant.

So many benefits of doing this as a working mum and I would share more details in another post.

Another work Lunch. @shopkokowears pls take all my money! I had soooooooo many compliments on this 2 piece it felt so good.

We had the Lunch at Ki bar & Kitchen. The food here is 10/10.

This was one my colleagues’ plate btw 🤣

Apart from the fact that I take any available bonding moment due to my schedule, my son is also on a learning series that involves grocery shopping and I will share details in another post.
