Growth in your career starts with stewardship.

You don’t become a better steward by chance you become one by intention.

Pray about your work.
Examine how you’re showing up.
Serve beyond what’s required.
Pursue what aligns with God not just what benefits you.
Stay accountable.

Because God doesn’t elevate potential He develops faithfulness.

If you want more, start stewarding what you already have well.
#WorkInHisWay #KingdomImpact #Stewardship by @workinhisway

Stewardship at work is accountability before God.

Everything you have your time, skills, and opportunities was entrusted to you.
How you show up each day is your response to Him.

Your work is your witness.
Your faithfulness is your testimony.

God isn’t just looking at results ,He’s looking at how you handle what’s in your hands.

Be faithful. It matters more than you think.

Your career is not yours to waste it’s yours to steward.

God has entrusted you with time, skills, opportunities, and influence, not just so you can succeed, but so you can represent Him well in the workplace.

The question isn’t just “Am I doing a good job?”
It’s “Am I being a good steward of what God has placed in my hands?”

The way you manage your time,
The way you use your gifts,
The way you handle opportunities,
And the way you influence others…

It all matters to God.

Faithfulness in your career isn’t about perfection it’s about intentionality, obedience, and honoring God in the small and big things.

If God evaluated your stewardship at work today… what would it reflect?

Stewardship isn’t just about money,it’s about how you use your time, talents, and opportunities at work.
Are you faithful with what God has given you?

In this episode, we’re getting honest about what it really means to be a good steward in the workplace. Not just showing up, but showing up with intention, excellence, and accountability before God.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what you do
it’s about how well you manage what you’ve been given.

If you’ve ever wondered:
• Am I being faithful with where I am right now?

• What does stewardship look like in my career?

This episode is for you.

Listen now and take a moment to reflect what has God entrusted to you, and how are you managing it?
