Ecstatic to take 6th in 40 (Masters Olympia Qualifier)

I’m tremendously GRATEFUL for YOU ALL 🙏🧡

There will always be challenges. It is the courage to continue that counts.

Started my season late.
Started with doubts.
Started with imperfect conditions.
But, I started and I’m so damn happy I did!!!!

I am beyond grateful and humbled to compete in a STACKED line up of unbelievable masters athletes. This makes me even more proud to take top 3 in Bikini 55+ and Bikini 50+. And 3rd callouts 40+ 💓💓💓

THANK YOU to my gym fam, and everyone who has given me love and support on or off the stage. You must be sick of me by now!! lol 😅

Cheers to the wisdom of 57 and the adventures still to come! 🥂🍾

My 57th trip around the sun….
Beyond grateful for the abundant blessings.
Made tougher by the challenges life brought.
Became more accepting of the things I cannot change.
Focused on where I can be most impactful.
Loved and lived with all my heart and soul.
And no matter what life threw at me…I kept fucking going.
