Babe wake up we’re giving away a standing desk! 😍🤩

I’ve teamed up with the wonderful @workspace_dreams_ to give one of you their Sit-Stand Desk Pro Plus, worth R14,299.

Why it’s awesome:
→ Electric, dual motor, and quiet enough to adjust mid-meeting
→ 3 saved heights, so switching is one tap
→ A stand-up alarm that reminds you to move
→ Height lock, so tiny hands can’t press ALL the buttons
→ Stops if it bumps into something

Most home offices start with a kitchen chair and a laptop on a stack of books. 😅 This is what comes after (OR AT LEAST, SHOULD), at three different budgets. 💙 by @workspace_dreams_

Cheap is a great price, but a terrible strategy. We did the maths so your lower back doesn't have to. 🧮 by @workspace_dreams_

Most back pain advice treats the symptom. Stretch it, roll it, use some sort of gadget to try fix it. William's ranking is basically one question: does this fix why it hurts, or just make the next hour bearable?🤔

Spend your money on the right end of the list.🙏🏻💙 by @workspace_dreams_
