I know, having the fanciest tools can be tempting. But that’s exactly how one of my client’s businesses slowly started falling apart internally.

They provided a very advanced project management software/ CRM system, but their employees ended up not using it or even hating it🤷🏼‍♀️.

It’s the same mistake many people make, they forget to prioritize the ✨human factor✨.

Here’s what I mean…👇🏻

Your systems and processes should be ✨human-centric✨. To ensure your tools work best for your team, here’s how:

1️⃣ Get in the field with them:

— Know what’s going on, get your hands dirty. Otherwise, you might end up investing time and energy into the wrong system. And sometimes, it could make their job even harder.

2️⃣ Don’t just go for the fanciest tools:

— Choose tools that align with your team’s specific needs and culture. The goal is to enhance efficiency and convenience, not complicate workflows.

Remember: your systems should benefit EVERYONE in your business, not just look impressive on paper.

What do you think?

I’ll tell you why..👇🏻

If you’re one of those people who believe that bank statements count as “keeping my books”, you’re unconsciously ruining your business.

You SHOULD have bookkeeping done because your bank statement transactions need to be classified into the correct financial statement accounts.💰

Without bookkeeping, you can’t figure out the correct tax return for you.

Without bookkeeping, you’d be unaware of potential duplicated sales or missing expenses.

Sometimes, on rare ocassions, the bank may make a mistake. This is why it is your job to check that these match-up is paramount.

If you want to get financial clarity but you’re not a number person, comment “VA” to book a call with me today (or tap the link on my bio!)📩

Before 2025 rolls in, ask yourself these questions:

✨Am I still trying to do everything myself?
✨How’s my financial health? Are the numbers really adding up?
✨Is my workflow smooth, or am I creating more delays?
✨Are my customers happy? Have I been missing follow-ups or taking too long to respond?
✨Do I spent too much time on daily tasks instead of focusing on the big-picture decisions that can actually scale my business?
✨Do i have the work-life balance i’ve been craving?
✨Am I still working long hours?
✨What do I *really* need to delegate?
✨Do i have the right tools?

If you answered “no” to any of these, it’s time to fix it before 2025. Those little things could be the roadblocks stopping you from making more sales.

So take action now and if you need my help, comment/dm me “VA” to see if we’re the right fit!💌

Let me tell you the difference.. ⤵️

[P.S: Remember that rest is as important as working)]

If you’re ✨PRODUCTIVE✨, you will:

•You work based on the importance and deadlines
•You schedule breaks because you know your energy is limited
•You avoid distractions that don’t help your goals (like endless meetings or scrolling through social media)
•When things don’t go as planned, you adapt.
•You reflect on what worked and what didn’t so you can do better
•You celebrate even the small wins
•You understand the ‘*why’* behind everything you do

If you’re stuck in ✨TOXIC PRODUCTIVITY✨, you..

•Feel guilty for taking breaks
•Always busy, but never feel accomplished
•Have no boundaries between work and personal life (ex: checking emails during family dinners)
•Don’t trust others to help because you think no one can do it as well as you.
•Don’t celebrate your wins because you’re so focused on the next task
•Live with constant stress and anxiety
•Feel like a failure when you’re not productive enough
•Try to push down negative feelings and think positively

So.. Which one are you?

Nothing is worth sacrificing your partner’s feelings, especially when you know how much they mean to you.

Sometimes, you get so caught up in the hustle that you forget there are things you don’t have to do alone. You’re not a superhero. Stop trying to do things alone just because you think you know best.

No one can grow a business if they don’t learn how to trust other people. Double tap if you agree!💌

Believe me when I say no amount of marketing magic can fix a business that’s built on a shaky foundation.

Focus on internal strength first, and watch your business truly flourish.
