At Origin., we believe there is meaning in sharing the pursuit of like-minded individuals. Stories shaped by setbacks, resilience, and the courage to pursue what feels true. With “Share Your Story” we are providing a platform to give a voice to these stories.

Ewout’s story is about learning to listen beyond the rational mind. Growing up surrounded by nature and inspired by his uncle’s ambition for the future, he followed a path in innovation and impact. Yet, despite everything making sense on paper, something still felt missing. Through self-reflection, experimentation and coaching, he began to discover that his own path was less about finding the perfect answer and more about learning to trust what felt right. Today, through his own company TrueNorth, he helps others explore that same question: what does it mean to live a life that is truly your own?

We’re often taught to see progress as something individual. To focus on our own goals, keep moving forward, and figure things out along the way.

We spend so much time talking about discipline, consistency, and doing what it takes to reach the next goal. And while there is value in all of that, perhaps progress isn’t only about where we’re trying to get to. It’s also about what we experience along the way, and who we get to share it with.

There is so much value in having people around you who understand what you are working towards. People you can exchange ideas with, learn from, challenge and be challenged by. The ones who remind you to take a step back, enjoy the moment, and share the experiences along the way.
