Sometimes you just have to be absurdly optimistic and watch life rearrange itself around that belief.

The more you look, the more you’ll find. It’s all around you, all the time.

My first hike in the French Alps, Lac Blanc with view across the valley to Mer de Glace. I had the track to myself venturing up in the evening time, to beat the heat. Starting the tour de Mont Blanc tomorrow, 8 days traversing the French, Swiss and Italian alps. No place like the tops of the mountains.

Become the woman who manifests her own blessings.

Standing in the wheat fields that Van Gough painted shortly before his passing is surreal. He has always been one of my favourite artists.

Walking through the streets of Auvers-sir-oise and seeing the houses, trees, staircases and the church he painted is something l will never forget. My art teacher would have loved this so much.
