Philly Dat Up did NOT disappoint. 🔥🥩🧀 Easily one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve had in a long time—and that’s saying something, especially being outside of Philly and the Tri-State area. There are friends, there are business partners, and then there are brothers. Today I just want to give flowers to someone who truly earned them. For almost the last two years, Jeremy has held it down for HPS in ways most people will never see. Through the long days, late nights, impossible deadlines, stressful moments, victories, setbacks, and everything in between, he never stopped showing up. People celebrate the finished product, but they rarely recognize the people who helped build the foundation. Jeremy is one of those people. I can honestly say that HPS probably wouldn’t be at the level of growth and expansion we’re experiencing today without his loyalty, work ethic, and belief in the vision. He didn’t just work for the brand—he helped carry it. He treated HPS like it was his own, and that’s something money can’t buy. Real friends are rare. Real brothers are even rarer. Thank you for standing beside me when things were uncertain, for believing when others didn’t, and for helping turn ideas into reality.
