to my minnie, my sunshine, and my best friend of over 17 years ☀️🌈

you will be forever missed, not just by me, but by everyone who had the pleasure of giving you pets. you never gave up on me which made what felt like giving you up all the more difficult. you made so many people smile, especially while i was hospitalized and you visited or i called you. you only brought joy and happiness and i’m so sorry that i couldn’t do anything to help you. the house feels empty without you. i miss your thank you meows for food and water, your lil headbutts, and your mixed toe beans. i miss our naps and cuddles, the way you smelt like baby powder, and your purrs that always soothed me to sleep. i’ll never forget how you loved me unconditionally and comforted me in moments where i felt so alone. the only reason i can fall asleep without you is because i get to see you when i dream. i don’t think i’ll ever stop looking for you when i’m feeling upset or need company. you changed me for the better my minnie mow mow and you are missed more than you could possibly understand. i love you with all of my heart and i always will. 🤍🐾 taken in Rainbow Bridge by @wormfood999
