Thank you to Altek Business Systems for sponsoring A Worthwhile Evening and investing in the work happening across our community! 🌟

Through their commitment to giving back, Altek supports nonprofits, local food banks, fundraisers, and youth-focused charities throughout eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Their dedication to strengthening local communities aligns with our mission to support survivors of human trafficking as they work toward safety, healing, and independence.

For survivors of human trafficking, financial support can mean access to safe housing, counseling, basic necessities, and the resources needed to build a life on their own terms. 💙

Every dollar invested in survivor care helps make healing, restoration, and greater independence possible, but support goes beyond financial contributions. It’s also showing up, listening, learning, and reminding survivors that they are worthy of care, dignity, and a community that believes in them.

🌟 At our annual gala and fundraiser, you can be part of that support. Through your ticket purchase, sponsorship, and donations, you help strengthen the services survivors rely on while standing alongside a community committed to freedom.

Join us for A Worthwhile Evening on November 13 at The Drexelbrook Event Center as we work together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors!

➡️ Purchase tickets and sponsorships and/or make a donation at Worthwhile.org/Gala.

🎨 A (very tall) Words of Worth mural is taking shape at MacFarland Intermediate School in Bordentown, NJ!

We're currently in the "mural workshop" phase of the Words of Worth experience. The total experience takes about 2 weeks, starting with wall prep, an assembly, mural painting, and ending with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Words of Worth brings students together through art to encourage positive communication, strengthen connections, and remind them that they are worthy of healthy relationships.

✨ Want to bring Words of Worth to your school or community center? We’re booking for Spring 2027! Learn more and submit an interest form at Worthwhile.org/WordsofWorth. by @worthwhile_org

Oysters, anyone?! 🦪🌊 We’re bringing a little coastal flair to A Worthwhile Evening!

We’re excited to welcome @hightideoyster to our November 13 gala, where guests can enjoy a fresh oyster bar during cocktail hour.

This women-owned raw bar brings the coastal experience to life with freshly shucked, locally-sourced oysters and a passion for sharing the flavors and stories behind every shell. Their approach combines coastal culture, community, and a deep respect for the water to create a memorable experience for every guest. 🦪✨

We can’t wait to have them join us as we shine the spotlight on freedom and support survivors on their journeys to healing, independence, and a brighter future.

We went to the @ptotoday expo for the conversations, the connections, and the chance to share how schools can help create safer, stronger communities through Words of Worth… and somehow ended up on an episode of Fear Factor. 🐍🚴🏼🏀

Our Worthwhile team had a great time at the PTO Today Expo in Oaks connecting with PTO and PTA leaders, educators, and others who are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for students.

We were there to share more about Words of Worth, our national mural workshop experience that uses large-scale art, education, and conversation to help young people understand their worth, recognize healthy choices and relationships, and build resilience.

We’re grateful for every school leader who stopped by, asked questions, shared ideas, and opened the door to bringing Words of Worth to their school community!
