One thing about me? I’m always going to advocate for protecting your peace, healing intentionally, and checking in on your mental health. 🤍✨

I shared a few gentle reminders over on @thetherapybestie that I think we all need right now 💚 especially if life has been feeling heavy lately. 🌿

Go show some love, save the post for later, and let me know which reminder spoke to you most. 🫶🏽 ( me and the comment 🤞🏾🔐locked in)

Integrity is doing the work even when the road is long.

Watching Jacqui’s unwavering resilience in the fight to find a cure for Myositis is a powerful reminder that purpose is stronger than obstacles. She continues to lead with courage, hope, and determination, inspiring everyone around her to believe that meaningful change is possible.

Her mission strengthens my own commitment to servant leadership. True leadership isn’t about recognition it’s about showing up, serving others with consistency, and using your gifts to make a lasting impact. When we lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose, we become part of something much bigger than ourselves.

Here’s to standing beside warriors like Jacqui, raising awareness, supporting research, and believing that one day a cure for Myositis will be found. Until then, we will continue to serve, advocate, and never lose hope. 💙
