* Consistency is a core attribute of a successful fitness journey, as it allows for the accumulation of small improvements over time, leading to significant results. But it doesn’t mean you have to be perfect every day. It’s about aiming for good training weeks and consistently putting in the effort. It can mean moving in some shape or form, rather than always working at the same intensity or doing the same type of workout. Also It’s about having a psychological contract with yourself to continue training, regardless of how you feel. Planning and scheduling workouts can help with consistency because Each workout has a purpose.
