A compilation of kids at weddings #kids

In never ask kids to look/smile at me.
They can if they want to, but they don’t have to.
I prefer to capture their playfulness and personality, not they way they are trained to be polite. by @woutercolen

Me: I am a photojournalistic wedding photographer, I do not stage any photos.
Also me: how about tossing the groom into the air?

What’s your superpower?
Mine is turning random actions into visual poetry.
Like hanging the dress, removing the protective tape from the floor…
Being the photographer I never take or hang the dress anywhere.
1) I don’t want to accidentally drop, stain or damage it.
2) I don’t want to miss out on any connection or moment during the preparations.

I’ll just stay behind the camera and capture the moment

Lighthouses have been magical to me since ever I can remember. Don’t know why this is the first one that I made a picture of.

I convinced Ira & Serge to take off their shoes and socks, that it would look great in the photos.
What do you think?
