YOUTH CAMP 2026

all i have to say is, you JUST had to be there to know what God is doing. Message after message, encounter after encounter, testimony after testimony, God is doing something HUGE with this generation. by @wowandssdumb

lowk where do i even start, the past 1 year and 10 months have been insane, and God has been so so good, glad to have been blessed meeting people from all walks of life.

These 2 years tested my faith in Him, and I have felt that i’ve grown a lot in His love throughout my time in service. Not only did He send christians my way in unit, but also lifelong friends to keep me accountable.

Army has been a surreal and fun experience, it’s been a fun 2 years, not only did I make friends for life but i even made connections i didn’t know would have existed if i didn’t initiate a conversation with them. Not only did i learn new skills, a lot of people have pushed me to my potential even though i felt like giving up most of the time lol.

to all my men/post ins, it’s been wonderful being your instructor/“sgt”, thank you for pushing my leadership skills to my potential! to this day i remember all the specs, men and officers from your batches, keep trolling guys and asking me to knock down 20😂

6 more weeks and i’m done.

i have an insane TESTIMONY to share

i’d decide its about time i share about rolly and not as “wowandssdumb” most of yall know me as.

the past week to 3 ish months, my mental health has been kinda buns and im not the type of guy to tell people about how i am, id usually just mask my feelings and emotions up just so people can see the happy side of me and i wouldn’t have them worry about me for the slightest thing. one thing i struggled with i think that is taking a toll on my mental health is people pleasing and seeking validation from others.

unhealthy habit? yes. and at times i’d feel i’m worthless or useless in life, and at times i’d question God’s existence again, and this also affected the way i write music too, am i just writing for the sake of having the “chh artist” label or am i writing to have a pure and intimate connection with Jesus. I’d sit in my room and overthink and the next day i would show up to camp all happy, with people not knowing that i was emotionally and mentally messed up the night before.

this is where i started to doubt God in everything i do. Yes I’d go for my church’s youth service and sunday service, yes i absorb what the pastor is preaching in the sermons, but if my mind is not right with God then understanding his word is going to be near impossible, because i just wouldn’t have any idea what’s going on, and that i’m just riding the wave cus im a“christian”.

this is when i realised that I was seeking things of the world, where i’m only able to gain temporary happiness. i prayed to God to take this pain away cus in the moment i really did not wanna go through what i was feeling. I prayed to God and told Him that if he was real, reveal yourself to me, whether it be a new group of church friends, or a new community, or someone to redirect me in a new path.

0 lies i thought i was hallucinating, not only did God provide me with new church friends, a new community and people i call my close friends, but he took my pain away, and if this isn’t a testament of His love, then i honestly don’t know what is. I love you all and Jesus loves you. new music coming soon
