There’s just something about a table that’s ready for people you love 🤍

The soft blue, the warm candlelight, the little touches of gold, and flowers that feel like they were gathered straight from a garden… every detail came together so beautifully. But our favorite part is knowing these tables didn’t stay perfectly set for long. They were soon filled with conversation, laughter, happy tears, and people celebrating two very special people.

Sometimes it’s the petite details that make the whole table come together! 🤍 We love giving you the option to mix in smaller centerpieces and details that still bring plenty of color, personality, and charm to your tables. And honestly… these little guys may have stolen our hearts!

What a beautiful weekend! 🤍

We’re walking away from the Wimberley Venue Crawl with full hearts after getting to meet so many wonderful couples, visit with familiar faces, work alongside some of our favorite wedding friends, and spend some time surrounded by so much excitement for what’s ahead!

It’s always so special for us to get to hear stories, learn a little bit about all the wedding plans, and see the excitement on everyone’s face as those plans start to feel real over such a wonderful weekend!

After a weekend like this, we can’t help but think…how beautiful this life is ✨

Thank you to the venue crawl attendees, venues, and other vendors who stopped to say hello, talked flowers with us, shared your wedding plans, or simply spent a few minutes chatting with us along the crawl! We loved meeting every single one of you!

Until next year, Wimberley Venue Crawl! ✌🏽🕊️ taken in Wow Factor Floral by @wowfactorfloraldesign

Apparently, it took years of unknowingly crossing paths, a random Instagram DM, and one very committed four-hour drive to finally get these two on the same page.

Between the country music, outdoor adventures, and getting to know each other, the rest pretty much fell into place. And yes, the twin sister mix-up makes the story even better.

Wedding days just hit different at Hidden River Ranch. A few moments from their day, filmed by Film by Photohouse.

IT’S FINALLY HERE!! 🤗 The Wimberley Venue Crawl starts TODAY, and we are so excited for a weekend filled with beautiful venues, wedding inspiration, and getting to meet so many of you! 🥰

One of our favorite parts of what we do is getting to know our couples, hearing what they’re dreaming up for their day, and talking all things flowers. If you’re planning a wedding, come find us along the crawl, say hi, ask us questions, and tell us a little about your big day—we’d truly love to meet you!

You can find the Wow Factor team throughout the weekend at Inspiring Oaks, Messina Inn, The Bell House, Legacy Lounge, and The Bygone Hotel. 🤍

We can’t wait to see some familiar faces, meet lots of new ones, and spend the weekend celebrating all things weddings with you! 🌸✨ See y’all later today! taken in Wimberley, Texas by @wowfactorfloraldesign

Reason #4: Picture Your Day 🤍

There’s something so special about walking into a venue and being able to actually picture your wedding day there. The ceremony, the flowers, the tables, your favorite people all in one place—it starts to feel a little more real! 🥹

That’s one of our favorite things about the Wimberley Venue Crawl. You get to experience these beautiful spaces in person, gather ideas, and start imagining all the little details that will make your day feel like you.

We’re getting so excited for this weekend and can’t wait to see everyone along the way at Inspiring Oaks, Messina Inn, The Bell House, Legacy Lounge, The Bygone Hotel, and Primavista! 🤍🌿 taken in Wimberley, Texas by @wowfactorfloraldesign

Reason #3 to meet us at the Wimberley Venue Crawl! ✨ Come get inspired with us! 🤍

There’s only so much wedding planning you can do from a screen. Sometimes you just have to walk into a beautiful space, see the flowers, take in all the little details, and think, “Okay… now I can picture it!” 🤗

That’s one of the things we love most about the Wimberley Venue Crawl. You get to see beautiful venues brought to life, discover ideas you may have never thought of, and meet the talented people who can help turn all those saved photos and ideas into a day that feels completely like you.

And we’re getting SO close! 🌿🌸 The Wow Factor team will be spreading out across Inspiring Oaks, Messina Inn, The Bell House, Legacy Lounge, The Bygone Hotel, and Primavista throughout the crawl.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready, and we truly can’t wait to see you! 🤍

P.S. swipe to see a sneak peek of what you are working on!
