Nature has countless stories to tell—we just need to slow down and listen. 🌿📸🦋

At WPCI Photo-Talks, Prachi Singh shared the Wonders of Nature through Storytelling, reminding us to look beyond the obvious, discover the little wonders around us, and connect with nature through photography and stories.

Because every frame holds a story, and every story brings us closer to nature. 🦅💚

Some gifts are wrapped in paper.
Some are found behind the lens. 🎁📸

At WPCI Photo-Talks, Manu Sharma shared his journey of over 15 years with photography—a journey that began with curiosity and gradually found its true calling in wildlife.

From corporate life as a Human Capital leader to the wild spaces where patience, observation and storytelling take centre stage, Manu’s journey reminds us that photography is not simply about taking pictures. It is about learning to see.

A conversation filled with stories, experiences, insights and the moments that make wildlife photography so deeply personal. 🦅🌿

Thank you, Manu, for sharing your journey and reminding us that sometimes the greatest birthday gift is the passion we continue to pursue.

Here’s to more stories, more learning and more frames that stay with us.

The Indian White Eye. It was enjoying a small puddle on the building ledge created by water feom an AC outlet. Such crazy adaptation to the urban side.

Conversations that inspire. Stories that stay with us. 🐦📸

A glimpse into another memorable WPCI Photo-Talks evening, centred around “Birding Travel Tales” with Preeti Anand—a passionate birder, wildlife photographer, and conservation enthusiast.
From the rainforests of Arunachal Pradesh and the alpine landscapes of Kashmir to the mangroves of the Sundarbans and the deserts of the Thar, Preeti shared stories from her journeys across India in search of birds, habitats, and the stories they hold.

The evening went beyond photography and species identification. It was about understanding habitats, observing behaviour, discovering the challenges faced by wildlife, and appreciating the importance of conservation. 🌿🦅

Her perspective on urban and backyard birding was equally inspiring—a reminder that meaningful encounters with nature don’t always require travelling far. Sometimes, they begin right outside our homes.

Thank you, Preeti Mam, for sharing your experiences, insights, and passion with the WPCI community.

Here’s to more conversations, more learning, and more stories from the wild. 🌿📷
See you at the next WPCI gathering!
