A Love Letter to Convention 2026 💌

Over the last week, I had the honor and privilege of representing the Iota Omicron chapter at the Alpha Phi 75th Biennial Convention in Tucson, AZ. This experience left me with a greater appreciation of our fraternity’s heritage, tools to enhance the Alpha Phi experience for our chapter members, and excitement as my journey in Alpha Phi continues. This 5 day convention allowed me to meet other collegiate leaders, reconnect with WPI Alpha Phi alumni, and listen to outstanding speakers , all of which I am so proud to call my sisters. One of the most meaningful aspects of convention was having the opportunity to hear the stories of sisters before me and see how far Alpha Phi has come.

A particularly exciting moment for me was having the privilege of accepting an award for being a #1 recruiting chapter. This recognizes all the time, planning, and efforts gone into our recruitment and it’s truly rewarding to see it all pay off.

This experience truly embodied my “why” Alpha Phi. Growing alongside such strong, empowering women is truly such a gift that this convention reminded me of. I am forever grateful to have experienced Convention 2026, and eternally grateful for Alpha Phi for giving me these unique opportunities to grow my leadership and flourish.

With recruitment coming soon, we wanted to share a few words from our President, Jessie Revis! 🤍

“Hi everyone! As we get closer to recruitment, I have been reflecting on my time in Alpha Phi and the people and experiences it has given me.

Recruitment is an amazing time to meet new people, learn about all of the chapters on campus, and make connections to ultimately find your home here.

For me, that home was in Alpha Phi. I have found a sisterhood here that lifts me up and pushes me to be the best version of myself. While WPI can be challenging at times, I have found a community of sisters who support me through the busiest times and that I can create the most meaningful memories with. I have seen myself and my sisters grow as leaders and people, and I know that the friendships I have made here will last me well beyond college. I am forever grateful that Alpha Phi has brought me those people.

I am super excited to meet all of you next week!”

Hiii! My name is Caitlin, and I have the honor of serving as the Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi! Coming to WPI, I never imagined how much joining Greek life would change my college experience. Through Alpha Phi, I have found my best friends, biggest supporters, and a sisterhood that has helped me grow into the person I am today.

My biggest advice to anyone going through recruitment is to keep an open mind, embrace every opportunity, and most importantly, be yourself! Recruitment can feel overwhelming, but it can also lead you to friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. I am so grateful to lead my chapter through this exciting season and cannot wait to help other women find their home away from home! 💗

Hi everyone! I am SO excited to meet you all this recruitment! Doing recruitment and joining Alpha Phi changed my college experience for the better, I have made my best friends and had the most amazing memories. Even if you’re unsure, doing recruitment is such an exciting experience. Go in with a positive open mind and trust the process, you will absolutely find your home in Greek life!!

A letter to the PNM who’s a student athlete ♥️✨

“Coming into WPI as a student athlete with soccer being a huge part of my life, I knew I also wanted a community beyond the field. I was nervous about whether I could realistically balance collegiate athletics and Greek life, and when formal recruitment wrapped up freshman year, I wasn’t sure where that left me. Deciding to COB right afterward turned out to be the best decision I ever made.
Joining Alpha Phi gave me a sisterhood of driven, kind, and supportive women who immediately understood my commitments and cheered me on. I have even had the chance to see my two worlds collide during Alpha Phifa, our annual soccer tournament raising money for women’s heart health.
If you’re worried about having to choose between your sport and a sorority, know that Alpha Phi doesn’t force you to split your focus. It gives you an entire extra team in your corner, sisters cheering you on every step of the way, and a true sense of balance.

With love,
Katie Pierce“
