On our way to FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona, we dropped into @xfolio.de to see how they push color PPF and wrapping to the next level. And guess who we met again?

Our Essen Motor Show car from last year – still wrapped in color PPF, still looking immaculate. That install is a masterclass in precision and finish.

This is what Wrap Virus Journey is all about: connecting the best shops, sharing techniques, and showing how far colored PPF has come.

Dry-apply PPF made easier. 🔥
@conergies TackEase Wipes help reduce the initial tack of the adhesive, giving you more control and making the installation process smoother and simpler.

Less fighting with the film. More time to position, stretch, and finish it properly.
This is how dry-apply colour PPF should feel. 👌
Would you try this installation method?

Matte or gloss? 🖤
Two Mercedes-Benz S580s, two completely different characters.

First one: full blackout with matte PPF for a stealthy, murdered-out look.
Another: gloss black with clear PPF, original chrome kept for that classic S-Class elegance.

Which one would you drive? 👇

PPF isn’t the same on every car.
Some models are a walk in the park. Others? Pure boss fight.

In this reel, the @xfolio.de company owner breaks down a tier list of car models by PPF installation difficulty – from “easy weekend job” to “why did God design it like this?”.

After more than 10,000 km, it’s time to remove all 4 films and see how easily and safely they come off.

We’ll check each product for:
• Adhesive residue
• Removal difficulty

All four films were 1-year products and were tested in harsher-than-normal conditions, so scratches were expected. Now let’s see how each film performs during removal.

Which one do you think will come off the cleanest? Watch until the end for the results!

Our windshield PPF test is over! 💨

After more than 10,000 km, we tested 4 different brands - and now it’s time to reveal the results.

All products were designed as 1-year windshield protection films. Every film showed scratches, which was expected because this test involved harsher-than-normal conditions and was not based on regular everyday use.

The goal was to compare how each product performed under the same challenging conditions. Watch the reel to see the results and decide which film performed best!
