2025 has been the most difficult year. I lost my sweet little dog, my health took a sharp turn, my company closed, my boyfriend moved out unexpectedly, there was a death in my family, I lost touch with friends, and I lost my home.

A few amazing things still pulled me out of the darkness. I went to a place that changed my life, met people who became very dear to me, gained two new best friends, and discovered a love of cold plunging.

May health and happiness follow us all into 2026. We could all use it. by @wraybird
