1. I stop fighting the feeling.
Some days I just don’t feel like doing anything.
That’s normal.

2. I give myself 10 minutes.
Not the whole day.
Just 10 minutes to start.

3. I do the easiest thing first.
Momentum matters more than motivation.

4. I put my phone away.
Sometimes I don’t need rest.
I just need to stop distracting myself.

5. I remind myself that I don’t have to finish everything today.
Just do what’s important.

6. I let myself rest when I’m actually tired.
Resting isn’t quitting.
You don’t have to feel guilty for being human.

7. I show up anyway.
Not every day needs to be productive.
But I don’t want one bad day to become a bad week.

You don’t need to have your life together today.
Just don’t give up on yourself because today feels heavy.
Tomorrow is another chance to try again.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SURVIVE?

I’m a property agent.
My income isn’t fixed.

Because when you’re an agent,

you are the boss.

But you’re also
the salesperson,
the marketer,
the admin,

and sometimes…

your own motivation.

Nobody is going to force you
to make calls.

Nobody is going to chase you
for follow-ups.

Nobody is going to save your month.

So before you ask:

“How much can I make
as a property agent?”

Ask yourself:

“How much do I need
every month to survive?”

Because that’s the number
you actually need to know.

And no,

I don’t make RM10K
every single month.

Some months are good.

Really good.

But your bills don’t care.

The mortgage still comes.

The car still needs paying.

Life still goes on.

Your commitments don’t wait for your next deal.

So before you ask:

“How much can I make
as a property agent?”

Ask yourself:

“How much do I need
every month to survive?”

Because that’s the number
you actually need to know.

That’s the part people don’t see
when they talk about property sales.

You get more freedom.

But you also get
more responsibility.

More upside.
More uncertainty.

So let me ask you:

If YOU had RM10K
in monthly commitments…

and your income was
100% commission-based,

I entered property for the money.

But after years in sales, I realised the money was only one part of it.

Property taught me how to talk to people, handle rejection, build relationships, stay disciplined when I didn’t feel like it, and most importantly — believe in myself.

The biggest thing I learned?

You don’t just build your income. You build yourself.

I still believe sales is one of the best environments to grow if you’re willing to put in the work.

I’m not looking for people who already know everything.

I’m looking for people who are hungry, coachable, and willing to learn.

Failure doesn’t scare me. Regret does.

What scares me is becoming comfortable, wasting my potential, and looking back one day wondering, “What if I had tried harder?”
