Nobody is going to care about your career more than you do.

🔵Not your coaches.
🔵Not your teammates.
🔵Not your parents.
🔵Not your friends.

We can support you, guide you, and believe in you.

But at the end of the day, you’re the one who has to live with the work you did-or didn’t do. Don’t worry about what everyone thinks.

Most players spend so much time trying to impress other people that they forget the only thing that actually matters:

Becoming the best version of yourself.

Trust your path. Trust the work. Trust the process.

The players who make it aren’t always the most talented.

They’re usually the ones who stay consistent when nobody is watching.

The best performers don’t waste energy trying to control what everyone thinks about them.

They focus on what they can control:

➡️Their preparation.
➡️Their mindset.
➡️Their effort.
➡️Their response to adversity.

One day your playing career will end.

When that day comes, make sure you can look back and say:

“I gave everything I had. No regrets. No what-ifs.”

Just peace knowing you emptied the tank.

Know that I believe in you and that I know you can and will do big things no matter what it is as long as you are consistent and work harder than everyone else. Hope you believe too.

Love you 💙 by @wrigley_v

| This Japanese drip iced coffee is the perfect summer fix to get my day going. Sweet and acidic with hints of raspberry. A great way to kickstart the day! And yes my son Brody Benicio had to get in on the action 😃| #owlandlark #lagrangeil #brodybenicio #riseandgrind #coffee #japanesecoffee #dripcoffee #icedcoffee #caffeine taken in Owl and Lark by @wrigley_v

| Beautiful Scarlet, summer's really gonna hurt you, The birds are all singing but no one's gonna sing for you...A time was when smiling faces all around.

Beautiful Scarlet, get your feet on the ground.
Beautiful Scarlet, there's a tear in your eye.
The winter went slowly, the summer's gonna pass you by. I used to be happy just following you around.

I'm on my way to steal the day...
Turn into gold, warmth from the cold. |
