Does anyone else feel like you just disappear after a certain age?

It’s not loud. It’s quiet. And that’s what makes it weird.

But I’m not done. Not even close. And neither are you.

Tell me in the comments if you’ve felt this too. And send this to a friend who needs to hear it today. 💛

Some days I’m 101. Some days I’m 18. Most days I’m both before lunch. 😂

My knees say one thing. My playlist says another. And honestly? I’ll take it.

So tell me. How old do you FEEL today? Drop a number below 👇

Send this to the friend who still knows every word to every 80s song.

“You look great for your age.” Like what am I supposed to look like…at my age????

And I always say thank you. I’m not sure why.

What’s the one comment you still can’t forget?

3 things that give me the ick about skincare 😬

Makeup wipes. They just smear everything around, and whatever’s in the wipe sits on your skin all night. Use a real cleanser and rinse.

Sleeping in your makeup. I don’t care how tired you are. Wash it off. Your pillowcase and your pores will thank you.

Skipping sunscreen. Cloudy, cold, winter, doesn’t matter. UV doesn’t take a day off.

Which one are you guilty of?

Did you ever wonder if you’d chosen to do things a different way where you would be now?
I am a firm believer that every choice we make leads us to where we are now. And honestly we do the best we can with what we know at any give time to make the best decisions. Sometimes they work out and things go as we think they should. And sometimes not. Look back on your life. On decisions and choices you made. You obviously cannot change the past. But you can start to think a bit harder about decisions going forward.

Do have a decision to make in the near future ? Do your best to look ahead a bit and consider the consequences of that decision. Chose wisely!✌️

When was the last time someone asked how YOU are doing? 💛

We take care of everybody. Parents, kids, grandkids, husbands, the dog. We remember every birthday and every appointment.

And somewhere in there, we forget about ourselves.

So I’m asking. How are you, really? Tired counts.

Tell me below. I’ll read every one. And send this to a friend who’s always taking care of everyone else.
