WristBook is going native. 📲

The app is coming to the App Store: your whole book in your pocket. Stock, buyers, deals and Case, on iPhone and iPad, in sync with the web.

The first unlock of the day briefs you: who to call, who just matched your stock, what money is still out.

And the little things: Face ID lock (it unlocks like a watch), your own app icon, sounds and haptics, numbers hidden in the app switcher.

Already on WristBook? Just sign in. Nothing to move.

Comment APP and I’ll DM you the link the day it’s live.

Meet Case ✨ the AI that knows your book; just ask

Case is an AI agent that we just launched inside of WristBook. She can answer any question that has anything to do with your whole operation, provide clarity and give direction on what to do next to scale your watch dealership, and more.

Because WristBook is a complete all in one solution, Case is able to tell you everything you need to know with just a simple ask.

She lives on the top of your dashboard for easy access, and hidden behind a small button on the nav bar for both mobile and desktop so it doesn’t get in the way when you’re getting work done outside the dashboard.

What makes Case different is:

✨ the ability to generate graphs in-chat
✨ show you the real data from the software via widgets not just tell you
✨ allow you to copy answers and paste them into a text (literally can answer questions from clients or partners in an instant now)

Our goal with WristBook is to make the hard, boring and annoying parts of the business easy, fun and fast…

Case gets us there. Period. (And this is just V1.0 👀 just wait to see what’s coming next)

Wanna learn more about Case? We wrote up a full page on our website for you to check out 😉

Orrrr just follow us. We’ll be posting Case content a loooot moving forward to show you how easy the business really is with WristBook 🤝

Quick one: name your 10 best buyers. Not the 10 biggest checks. The 10 who made you the most money this year.

It’s rarely the same list. A buyer who spent $40,000 once at 3% made you $1,200. The one who bought four pieces at 15% made you $4,800.

Your top 10 buy again, pay fast, send you people, and tell you what they’re hunting for next.

So treat them differently. First look before you post. Their wishlist written down. A call, not a broadcast. A 24-hour hold without asking for a deposit.

First look is the big one. Text your top 10 before a piece goes on Instagram. They feel like insiders, and you sell in hours, not weeks.

In WristBook, tap the star next to a buyer to make them a VIP. VIPs on Buyers shows just them.

How many of your top 10 could you name without looking?

Case’s mission: make your life easier 🤝

You don’t have time to fill in forms between buyers. So just tell Case.

“Remind me to call Theo Friday at 10.” Case finds the buyer and drafts the reminder.

“Log a 126610LN, paid 12,800, full set, asking 14,500.” Case drafts the piece, and the buyers who want one show up the moment it’s saved.

It can draft a sale, a new piece, a reminder or an offer sheet. But it never saves anything on its own. Every draft is a card, and nothing happens until you tap Confirm. Your book, your call.

Which one would you use first? Tell me below.

A buyer hands you $10,700 in cash for a Datejust. Great day. Now you have 15 days.

Any business that takes more than $10,000 in cash has to file Form 8300 with the IRS. It’s not a tax. It’s a report: who paid, how much, when.

Three things that catch good dealers out:

1. It adds up. Cash from the same buyer for related deals within 12 months counts together. A $4,000 deposit, a $3,500 balance and a $3,200 service later in the year is one filing.

2. Splitting it is worse. Taking $9,500 today and $9,500 next week to “keep it under ten” is called structuring, and it’s a crime even when the money is clean.

3. Cash isn’t just bills. On a sale over $10,000, cashier’s checks, money orders and bank drafts of $10,000 or less can count as cash too.

And by January 31, the buyer gets a written notice that you filed.

In WristBook, cash payments add up per buyer on their own. You see a warning on the deal before you cross the line, and a 15-day countdown once you do.

12 new things in WristBook this week 👇

Case does the work now. Tell it you sold the Pepsi to Daniel for 21,900 by wire, and it drafts the sale. You tap confirm. Same for reminders, new pieces and offer sheets.

Snap a watch and ask Case what it is. It tells you, plus what you’ve sold them for and who’s been asking.

Open the app and Case already knows who owes you money and who to call today.

Compliance, covered:
→ Form 8300 cash tracking, with the 15-day countdown
→ Seller ID log + resale holds when you buy from the public
→ A stolen-watch check on every piece

And for the day to day:
→ No shipping labels on unpaid deals. Bye, fake wire screenshots.
→ Sales tax by state, plus where you’re close to owing
→ Your insurance schedule in one tap
→ QR tags for the case
→ Show mode for show weekends

Swipe through all 12. Which one are you using first?

Every January your accountant asks for the same things: what you sold, what it cost you, your expenses, and what was in stock on December 31. And every January it takes a weekend.

In WristBook it’s one page. Accounting → Year-end pack lays out the whole year: sales, refunds, cost of goods (landed, so shipping in, wire fees and duty count), gross profit, selling costs, operating expenses and net income. Below that are the balance items: stock at cost on January 1 and December 31, what buyers still owe you, and sales tax collected.

Tap Excel workbook and you get it all in one file, with a sheet for every sale, every expense, a month-by-month breakdown, the year-end stock list and your 1099 payees. Or print it to PDF.

Send the file. Keep the weekend.

The seller says €9,800. You check the rate, call it about $10,600, and price the watch from there.

Then the real number shows up a piece at a time:

The rate. The market rate on your phone isn’t what your bank gives you. Banks add a margin, often 1–3%. In this example, €9,800 at the market rate is $10,584, but $10,829 actually left the account.

The wire. A transfer fee on your side, and sometimes one on theirs.

Shipping in. Insured, from overseas.

Customs. Import duty depends on the watch and where it’s coming from. Ask before you agree a price, not when the invoice lands.

Add it up and that €9,800 watch cost $11,594 landed. Price it off $10,584 and $1,010 comes straight out of your margin without you ever seeing it go.

In WristBook you can log a purchase in the currency you paid. Enter what actually left your bank and that sets the rate. Add the wire fee and duty, and the piece shows its full landed cost while your books stay in dollars. Asking prices fill in from the landed number, not the euro one.

The deal happens in the DMs. Then the buyer’s name, email, phone and shipping address are stuck in a chat, and you’re copying them over one field at a time.

Now you drop in the screenshot.

In WristBook, tap New buyer and add a screenshot of the chat or their contact card. It reads it and fills in what it finds: name, email, phone, Instagram and the full address, state included. Give it a quick check, add what they’re after, and save.

If something in your inventory fits what they want, it shows up on their page right away.
