Paying homage to Victra and Sevro. They aren’t fictional characters to me. I think about this book all the time. Especially, as a parent. #bookstagram #redrising #reading #fantasy #booktok by @write_old_friend

How fast we finishing books when multiple books in the series are out? This series in particular is hard to stop at just one! Have you started Dungeon Crawler Carl? If so, where are you at in the series? #bookstagram #bookish #dungeoncrawlercarl #bookishhumor #booklover by @write_old_friend

It’s wild to think I’ve read 50 books this year so far with 2 kids (one born this year!), wife, and a full time job! I love being in this space. Reading has changed me this year for the better. I have always enjoyed reading but after reading Red Rising last year (late fall) I haven’t wanted to stop reading! I owe a lot to Red Rising and Pierce Brown! Can’t wait to see where things go! #bookstagram #read #milestone #bookstagrammer #booktok by @write_old_friend

This is satirical of course but my bookstagram content creators will get it. It truly feels like for people to actually commit to watching it has to be a book they know or a widely read/known book. Also, do followers help the average watch? Im not convinced despite good intentions. Am I wrong? Let me know your thoughts if you create book content! #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookishhumor #read #booklover by @write_old_friend

Cold wind book 2 in the Ironbound series is a great sequel to the first! Two books down and I’m still recommending it after Red Rising! Have you read this? What do you think? #bookstagram #ironbound #redrising #romanempire #bookrecommendation by @write_old_friend
