The Write Angle:
Encouraging creativity, in all its forms, in the Forth Valley, and beyond!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The theme for the 2026 @mhfestival is 'Reflections' and so @writeanglefv is inviting participants in our 'Spark to a Flame' event (Thu 05 Nov at the @settleinn Stirling) to reflect on where their creative spark comes from, and how they can perhaps be the spark that ignites creativity in others.
If you're in our audience and you have a reflection you'd like to share, make yourself known to the event host on the night. If there's time, we'll give you the chance to share it.

What's so special about #OneWeekendInStirling at the Settle Inn?

Simple.
You can't experience it online.

You have to go to it: get a bit of exercise, get some fresh air.

There is something for just about everyone: folk music, creativity, quiz, poetry, games, storytelling, country/Americana music, raffle, sing-a-long session, sh*te prizes, FREE books...

Is that it?

No, not at all: whether you come with family or friends, or come on your own, you'll find yourself becoming part of our #OWIS family, and you'll likely have made some new friends before you leave.
