Best (To my brother)🖤🦍:
If I could send a postcard to Heaven,
I’d put this picture on the cover,
I’d write to you to tell you
there will never be another,
And that I miss you more than anyone
can fathom,
What you went through, I can’t begin to imagine,
I’d write to you to tell you how I wish I was a superhero that morning
and could save you,
And the best big sister relationship I hope that I gave to you,

I’d write to you to tell you I hope that you are at peace,
And wish that death is nothing more than a temporary sleep,
I’d write to you to tell you that I miss your laugh, I miss your scent, and your smile,
and how I wish you could take a trip back to earth and maybe stay for awhile,

The postcard would be crinkly from all my tears,
Reminiscing about the past years,
And a future without you I so deeply fear,
I’d write to you until I run out of paper,
And end the postcard with “to be continued”,
For I’ll write you again later,
Because forever-
Forever I’ll love you,
Forever I’ll miss you,
Forever I’ll write to you,
For now- I’ll say goodnight to you

I love you 🖤🦍
