Honored to be part of a panel discussion on the Women’s Reservation Bill. Sharing the stage with the honourable, Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta ma’am made the conversation even more relevant and meaningful.
Thanking the universe and holding a plenty of gratitude in my heart. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 by @writingsbysurbhi

Got that glow that you earn, not the glow that you chase
Every lesson that I lived put this light on my face
I′m a woman in my prime, in my rhythm, in my zone
Ain’t no copy of this shine - this a crown I made my own
Got the dance in my hips, got the wisdom in my walk
You can see the gratitude in my walk!

New chapter Unlocked baby… by @writingsbysurbhi

Dreams, that were woven and forgotten and then just out of nowhere they rekindled. Penned a book thinking someone might like it, to it becoming the best seller and now THE MOST COVETED magazine @bazaarindia picking it up and featuring it in their September,2025 issue, God has been very very kind.
Definitely, sleeping tonight with her by my side.
Dreams come true!

Drown their fears
Not your choices

Drown their stories
Not your voices

Those who bring you down, their path is not yours to tread. They who don’t believe in you, their opinions are theirs.

not yours to heed.

Being brave,
raising your voice against what’s wrong, is the greatest accomplishment,
both fierce & strong.

No wealth or fame
no accolades bright,
can rival the courage,
to stand for what’s right.

Courage is the greatest victory.

Surbhi Gupta is an author and a humanitarian who celebrates the beautiful duality of womanhood by breaking several barriers that surround it.
Her debut poetry collection, praised by the famous actress and author Soha Ali Khan herself, Iron Draped in Silk, explores healing, femininity, self-love and inner strength.
Surbhi believes that every woman possesses the iron to cradle and the silk to soften the world. A gentle reminder that softness is not weakness—it is strength.

From speaking on panels to steering one, all those questions I always wanted to answer, I finally got the opportunity to ask them. Surprisingly, I had way too much fun being on the other side all thanks to @mirchisayema @kenashree & @azhar.tg who instantly brought their charisma and energy to the talk. LOVED every bit of the new role upgrade.

Thankyou @harshalisingh & @_monaverma_ for trusting me with the opening chair. Kudos to you for curating something so beautiful @houseofharmonylitfest and making it look so effortless.

Blessed to have prestigious platforms like @knmaindia that are always supporting artists and literature. by @writingsbysurbhi

My journey with Ekta and Anurag started last year during my book’s Mumbai launch and we hit it off from the moment we met. I haven’t seen two souls so beautiful in my entire book journey so far. Lucky to have met you @ekziee and @kotharianurag80 . This friendship is going to go farrrrrrrr

Honored to be at the second season of @readakitaab lit fest! The panel, the energy and the love for books that flew in the air, was very warm and infectious too!
Kudos to @titlewavesbookstores for always pushing and promoting literature. by @writingsbysurbhi

It was truly an honour to be invited by the Poetic Society, @sunnymugsjmc at Jesus and Mary College @jmcduofficial to judge their beautiful poetry competition along with the beautiful @gorraiya
The talent pool was simply outstanding. Every time I attend such events, I feel like giving everyone a prize because the creativity is always so inspiring—but this time, I genuinely mean it even more. The poetry made me teary eyed, made me laugh, made me think, and left me deeply moved. 💛
Each performance was filled with honesty, depth and emotion. It was more than just a great experience, to be back at a DU college, really meant a lot to me.
Special mention to the euphoric girls who run the society, you girls really know how to run a show. That energy and humour really made the whole experience even more unforgettable. by @writingsbysurbhi
