Reformer and Lagree Instructor

$Hi, I’m Maria! 🤍 I’m currently a Reformer Pilates and Lagree instructor at The WRKT in Columbia, SC. I started Pilates when I was 17 after struggling with chronic health issues and hypermobility. Before my 18th birthday, I suffered compression fractures in my L4 and L5 vertebrae. I was told by many doctors that I might never be able to do certain things again. Pilates completely changed my life. It helped me rebuild my strength, gain confidence in my body, and become stronger than I ever thought possible. Now, I’m so excited to share my love for movement and help others grow stronger, both mentally and physically. I can’t wait to connect with you and be a part of your journey! 🫶🏼 by @wrktwithmaria$
