Last week, one of our clients had an internal leak that was left unchecked and it only got worse over time. What started small ended up soaking through sheetrock and lumber, causing the walls to break down and mold to spread 🤮

Situations like this are a reminder: don’t wait. Small issues can turn into major (and expensive) problems fast.

Once she reached out, I got my guys on-site immediately to remove all damaged material, and traced the leak so it can be properly repaired.

If you notice a leak, address it early. Acting fast can save you a lot of money and stress in the long run.

This is what happens when a small problem gets ignored for too long. Rust turns into leaks, leaks turn into damage. Took a little time, but peace of mind is priceless 🔧💪🏽 Sometimes fixing it now saves you way more than later.

I do this for fun AND for a living (yes, I actually enjoy fixing things😅) so if your home is acting up especially during this cold season don’t wait until it gets worse!
