Here we get great core stiffness/activation through anti-rotation and anti-lateral flexion!!

Then finishing the movement with a nice lateral line, loaded shift & reach mobility drill!!

Improved range of motion, flexibility and mobility while strengthening the areas that control more dynamic athletic movements!!

The USPTA has expanded its partnership with the WTCA!

The USPTA and the WTCA will host two joint workshops this year, with one being in conjunction with a WTA Women’s Professional event this summer. There will also be a WTCA specialty course offered at each USPTA World Conference through 2025.
