Buenos dias from Cabo! Mama’s back on her travel blogger game! 💃🏻 It’s our first big family trip and we’re here at the stunning @vistaencantadaresort. Absolutely blown away by the spacious villas, multiple pools, gorgeous views, and delicious food at the 16 restaurants across the properties! 🌮 I’ve already gotten several DMs from people planning a trip to Cabo, and this property is new and definitely one to check out! I literally get annoyed now if I have to type something because it’s so inefficient compared to using @wisprflow. 💻 ✨ Welcome to Biz Bestie Yaps! New yaps every week. ✨ Talking is ~4x faster than typing, and considering how much typing we do on a daily basis, using @wisprflow instead of typing saves you around 10 hours a week. 🤯 It took me about a week of using it to really get into the habit and flow but now it’s all I do. When I attended @heraiclub last year, it was the gateway for me to understanding AI and how I could leverage it for my business. To be speaking at it this year feels very full circle! 🫶🏼 AI has completely changed the way I work and run my biz. I have AI employees that do jobs like this for me every day: • Pulling data like my affiliate commissions off of dozens of different platforms and putting it all in @airtable for me to get one view • Creating and scheduling pins for new blog posts with @tailwindapp • Analyzing trends and creating reports • Triaging my inbox and drafting replies • Sending follow up texts to brides that have inquired with @wtfabmedia but haven’t responded • Researching and finding email addresses for brand contacts for sponsored campaigns And so much more. 👀 Basically automating the boring sh!t that bigs me down! As a mostly one-woman-show with a few contractors, this frees up so much of my time to do the work that only I can do like create content, think strategically about my businesses, or network IRL. AI made me an extra $30k this year and it takes me about 10 minutes per pitch 🤖💰 ✨Welcome to Biz Bestie Yaps! New yaps every week.✨ When a top dollar brand lands in my inbox, I don't just reply with my rates and my media kit and hope it lands. I go a step further and build them their own pitch deck, because my media kit tells them who I am and the deck shows them exactly what I'd make FOR them, which is a completely different conversation. (PS I do the same thing when I'm cold pitching my dream brands) I use @facesdotapp for it to make a super pretty deck. My stats are already saved in there, the campaign ideas are written for their brand specifically, and my video examples are embedded so they can click and watch right inside the deck 🎥 It's a live link that just opens in their browser, it moves, it's clickable, and it looks like something a small agency put together. It's the reason a bunch of deals this year went from a polite reply to a yes let's sign a contract💰🙌 Could you build this in Canva? Sure, if you want to spend your Saturday on it.
