HOOD RIVER LOCALS ARE SAYING THIS IS THE BEST BAKERY IN TOWN! 🌋🥐🏞️🌲🎂☕️@edeske_patisserie 🇭🇺 Hood River, OR 📍 I stumbled upon this gem while hanging out, I asked somebody “favorite place to eat in town” they recommended @edeske_patisserie 🚀💯🔥I pulled up, showed my account and we scheduled a behind-the-scenes visit the following day. I spent a few hours on site Catherine, the process of cakes and just saw a constant revolving door. This place was so busy the entirety of the time I was there. I grabbed a killer tomato croissant, raspberry chocolate croissant, fruit tart, hazelnut dacquoise, apple pocket, and a cardamom knot. Everything was outstanding. The quality is exactly what you expect from a European patisserie. The killer tomato croissant definitely one of my favorite pastries of all time. The most welcoming, kind, pure hearted people who will ever meet. They’ve been around for 15 years and they’re not going anywhere! TRYING THE MOST FAMOUS SOFT SERVE IN OREGON 🍦🤩🌲East Wind Drive-In, Cascade Locks, OR 📍While driving westbound on I-84, I decided to take a quick detour through Cascade Locks and immediately noticed about 50 people gathered outside this spot. I had to pull over and see what all the hype was about.What I found was an absolute American classic. East Wind Drive-In has been serving customers since 1939 and is famous for its outrageously oversized soft serve. They even serve it with a large cup because by the time you’re a quarter of the way through it, it’s already dripping down your hand.And don’t sleep on the double bacon cheeseburger. It’s a perfectly executed classic that pairs incredibly well with the ice cream.Experiences like this are exactly why I do what I do. Get over here ASAP, and enjoy one of Oregon’s hidden gems while taking in the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge. 🌲🍦🚀 by @wtforegon

I stayed here for the week incredible low-key hotel with the best bar restaurant speakeasy in the entire state. I can’t speak highly enough about this entire experience. Get down here ASAP.
