Out of all of the weeks in my life, I think mission Memphis has been the most impactful week I’ve ever experienced.

Whether it be pouring all my love into these kids or hanging out with the most amazing people from the Cross Church, there was never a dull moment the whole time I was there.

It was so amazing seeing the 7th and 8th graders take up a role of leadership and praying for literally anyone we saw on the streets. Seeing how impactful they were really opened my eyes and made me realize that you are never too young to be a leader and show Gods love to anyone.

I am so grateful for everyone there and I am especially thankful for the people that work at Street Reach. They take their whole summer off so that they can reach the lost kids that live in Memphis. It doesn’t matter if they live in drug houses, have rough home lives, or even make bible club a mess, the entire staff provides these kids a safe place at bible club where they learn about how great God’s love is for them.

I pray for even more kids to be reached at Street Reach, and that we are made aware of the fact that the Mission isn’t over, but rather it has just begun.

“Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭18‬-‭20‬

Thank you Lord for sending me on this amazing mission trip to Costa Rica and teaching these kids how to share the gospel. It was amazing to see everybody go out onto the streets evangelizing even when it was pouring rain, further proving how God works in the midst of our trials and tribulations. by @wthan_eood
