Afeta vidas. Adia sonhos. Limita o futuro.

Ainda assim, hoje celebro a Guiné-Bissau. Rezo por ela, espero por ela e continuo a acreditar profundamente naquilo que ela pode vir a ser.
Que o nosso futuro esteja à altura dos sacrifícios do nosso passado.

A luta continua e a vitória é certa 🇬🇼

Enjoy some of the throwback moments celebrating Guinea-Bissau this year too!

Grateful for another year +1!

So much was learnt and even more to dive deeper into. Not to make this a soapy post after while, but I couldn’t start this by thanking God!

He is love, consistent, just, merciful and graceful. And throughout this last year, these adjectives manifested in my life tremendously….

He made a way, when things looked impossible and remind me of How loving He is when things were going well too. This is to say, if you have “disappeared” from his presence, all you need is to 🏃‍♀️ and once again, He will be there with open arms!

Alsoo, if you’re a girl that likes rock-climbing or want to get into it or even the gym (don’t go, but let’s start with good habits) message me and let’s make something work! ❤️

And ofc, same goes for prayer tooo! Let’s go 🔥

Since last week, my heart was been burdened because of George Floyd’s death. My heart pains for what happened and it’s STILL happening to my brothers and sisters right now.

More than ever, we all need to come together to fight against the systematic racism and injustice that black lives are facing.
Racism has been implemented in the system for thousands of years. Injustice and lack of support towards the black community has been happening for thousands of years. Being silent helps to the contribution of racism and systematic injustice to remain!

If you have a voice, use it to raise awareness and support back people! It may not affect you personally, but if you care this is the time to show in action.

This is not the time to not only be in prayer, but to be active! Jesus himself was known for turning tables, so let’s come together and do our part 🙏🏾 ////// WAYS TO HELP LINK IN THE BIO PS. Don’t use the black lives matter, BLM hashtags once they are ERASING protest footage!

“Life is too short to ball down and be discouraged” - Kobe Bryant
Today the legendary Kobe Bryant passed away.
I’m still in shock how he’s gone like this. Kobe left his mark in this world and fulfilled his purpose of becoming one of the best in history of basketball and changing lives through sports.

Watching this video really hits me differently, but still encourages me to stay strong and not give up.
I’m so grateful for your presence in the world ❤️ RIP Kobe, his daughter Gigi and everyone in this terrifying accident. May God console and give peace to his wife Vanessa and their kids and loved ones in this difficult time 💔🙏🏾 You will be greatly missed, Kobe. You’re a true legend💫
Let this be a motivation to you stop leaving things to a later time. Just take action NOW . Be great and be sure to start a legacy and spread love right now ❤️ .

All black ◼️- yesterday I went to @instituteofdirectors event and it was amazing! The advice and people I got to meet it’s something I will never forget. I was even thinking how would I network and interact going to an event on my one... b I’m so glad I did!
Also, me and my team are doing the £10 challenge with @instituteofdirectors where we are raising funds in 10 days for @centrepointuk, an organisation that helps young homeless people. So why not helps them, but donating in the link below! Anything that is donated can change so many young people’s lives. Thank you!
