⟡ Today is the last day of suicide prevention month. But Suicide needs to be talked about every day to help save & change lives. @twloha is such an inspirational page so here is my story, the things I almost missed & some reasons to stay

⟡ Around 2 years ago I was on the verge of attempting and 4 years ago I did. I thought there was no hope in ever getting better. I struggled with addictions I kept hidden from everyone & I felt so alone. But to summarize the years of healing I have found such great joy in the world and discovered I have so many reasons to stay. Tomorrow I celebrate 3 months of sobriety. Trust it does get better

⟡ This suicide prevention month has meant so much to me. I’ve been able to connect with so many people who let me know I’m not alone. And in 2025 this is the first year out of almost 21 years I have felt truly loved and seen by so many people.

⟡ to anyone who is struggling right now please know you have so many reasons to stay. The world, tomorrow, everyone needs you. Reach out to me, a mentor, a friend legitimately anyone for help.

Gotta say I’m so thankful for what this semester has given me & how it’s changed me. Made so many friends, memories and strengthen my relationship with God. Y’all mean the world to me.
