I can’t believe you’ve been gone for 2 years! When I was thinking about it this morning it was as if I heard God’s sweet, calm, reassuring voice saying, “She’s been in Heaven with me!” Well, if that’s not an affirmation I don’t know what is! God, thank you for reminding me why it is so important to live our life on this earth the way my Mama did! She worked for you, God! She was always in the mission field wherever she went from Chic-fil-a to Hobby Lobby to the doctor’s office. She wanted everyone she met to know how much you loved them and she told as many people as she could. So, God, on this “First Day of School,” and every day after… I promise to try my best to live my life like my Mama did. ..doing your work! Thank you, God, for taking care of my Mama! I love you so much! Sweet Mama, I miss you more than you’ll ever know! I love you!!!! I promise to do God’s work on this earth like you did until we meet again in Heaven! Happy 30th Wedding Anniversary, Kevin Watson! I still remember the first time I met you like it was yesterday. I called my grandmother and said, “Mama Dot, I’ve met the guy I’m going to marry… he just doesn’t know it yet!” 😂
And here we are—35 years later—still going strong! God has truly blessed us with a beautiful family! God is so good! If our life is this full now, I can only imagine what He has in store for our future together. I love you!!! by @wtyrewatson

Happy “Heavenly” Mother's Day to my sweet Mama! Thank you for being such a mighty prayer warrior! Thank you for praying for me my whole life! You have taught me the power of prayer and how important it is to do the same for others! I pray that I will leave the same legacy for my daughters! I love you and your sweet, precious spirit! Thank for teaching me to always keep my eyes on Jesus that no matter how bad things may seem at the time that HE will never leave me nor forsake me! I love you more than you'll ever know!
