Super old flow video from 2022. This was the first time I worked up the courage to play with my poi in a public setting. Imagine Festival 2022… whew. Time flys. I was still a newbie who only knew probably 5 tricks/moves total at this time. Really gotta get back into the grove of flow again… recommend your favorite accounts to learn from, please!

Ahh! Old clip! I had made a little more progress here, but still wanted to practice fundamentals and take it slow. I was starting to dabble with contact tricks. I found out it was nearly impossible to do leg tricks while wearing a long dress 😂 so much has changed since then! Crazy seeing my skin with barely any tattoos compared to how full I am now. This was probably exactly a year ago. Time flys!

Poi on the beach at night is something I didn’t realize I needed in my life. ❤️

I really can’t even put into words the things I felt over the 4 days of this festival. I didn’t snap many videos or pictures because I was trying to be in the moment more. Life has been so heavy lately for me and I didn’t realize how much I needed this. How much I needed community… how much I just needed to cry and release some pent up emotion. What an amazing space @griz has created for us to gather. As he said when everyone turned their lights on, “it’s a constellation of people”. So beautiful, so magical, so real! Thank you, @sevenstarsfest . I can’t wait to be back for yearly therapy next year!

I didn’t get the whole clip, but @iamsethdavid brought this couple on stage right before his set @sevenstarsfest . It was the gentleman’s first ever festival. He then got on one knee and proposed! This was such a beautiful moment to witness! If you guys ever see this video, thank you for allowing us all to be part of your special moment. I hope the two of you live a life full of happiness, love, and many more festivals! Love is beautiful 💙🥹

@sevenstarsfest , wow! Thank you for an incredible weekend. From the awesome mushroom palm tree art, the art installations set up around the forest, and the invasive Chinese Lantern Bugs everywhere, I had so much fun! I pushed through the rain and mud which I’m so glad I did because it ended up being one of the most natural experiences of my life. To enjoy Mother Nature and music at the same time? No big deal! I can’t wait to be back for another year! Also BIG shoutout to the staff and the tractor crew for being ready to pull those out who were in need. Huge shoutout to all the people who helped keep the grounds clean! Also, regardless of what day anyone left, I hope everyone made it home safely! Happy Seven Stars 💙🌟

GUYS! @sevenstarsfest is less than 1 week away! Just wanted to throw the Seven Pillars out there because I feel like these are useful for any event/festival. These pillars should be a blueprint for how to live life every day 💙🎷🐻🌈
